1つ前のバージョンと、最新バージョンの天気図.app（天気図ブラウザ）は、私のiPhone3GS, iOS 3.13で起動しません。再インストールしても事態は変わりませんでした。どちらのバージョンもiPadではnative resolutionで問題なく起動します。 今回のupdateで対策が取られたかと期待したのですが残念です。早急に、iPhone3GS, iOS 3.13で起動するよう修正をして下さい。
